Monitoring packs & signals

The Rules tab in Intelligence decides what TokenFront watches for, and how eagerly. It has three parts.

Packs

A pack is a ready-made starting point. Pick the one that fits who's reading the alerts:

• Essentials (the default, and the right start for most teams): broad coverage without the noise.
• Everything: every signal on. For high-spend accounts, audits and compliance reviews.
• Board Brief: budget shocks only. Built for a monthly review, not a daily feed.
• Budget Guardian: only what changes the bill: budget limits, spend acceleration, price changes and, on Business, billing checks.
• Savings Finder: only ways to pay less, no alerts.
• Key Watch: new models, dormant keys waking up, platforms going quiet and retry loops.

Each pack shows how much of each kind of signal it covers, so you can compare them at a glance.

Signals

Below the packs is every signal TokenFront has, grouped by kind, each with a one-line description and a switch. You can turn any signal on or off on top of your pack. Want Board Brief plus alerts for retry loops? Pick Board Brief, open Usage Patterns and switch on Retry Loop.

Your pack then shows as Customized, and each change is marked Added or Turned off. Reset takes you back to the pack as it comes. If you switch packs later, TokenFront asks whether to keep your changes or start fresh.

Signals marked Business plan need the Business plan and stay off on Pro, whatever the pack.

Sensitivity

One setting, from Minimal (only large, sustained changes) to Maximum (flags the smallest drift), applies to every signal that's on, including ones you added. It means the same thing in every pack; each pack just starts it where it fits best, and marks that step "pack default".

Budget alerts and limits

The Budget alerts signal sends the alerts from your whole-account budget: at 80% and 100% of its monthly limit, and when a day passes its daily limit. Set those limits on the Budgets page. Until one is set, the Rules tab says Budget alerts can't fire yet. These alerts never stop or cap spend on any platform.

On the Free plan

Free doesn't include packs, but spend-spike and model-retirement alerts keep running. Every new account gets 14 days of Pro to try the rest; see Plans and billing.
