Setting up your dashboard

The dashboard is a grid of widgets, and you control which ones show up, how big they are, and where they sit. Nobody else's layout looks like yours unless you want it to. Your setup is saved to your account, not shared across your team.

What you get by default

New accounts start with seven widgets already in place: Spend Summary, Projected Month-End, Intelligence Summary, Daily Cost Chart, Platform Breakdown, Active Platforms, and Top Platforms by Spend. That's a reasonable starting point for most people. Everything below is about making it fit how you actually work.

Adding and removing widgets

Open the widget library (usually a "+ Add widget" button on the dashboard) to see every widget available, including ones not currently on your grid, like Cost by Platform: a stacked bar chart that isn't shown by default but is worth adding if you want to see how platform spend trends over time rather than as a single snapshot.

To remove a widget, use the small menu on its header bar. Removing a widget doesn't delete any data, it just comes off your grid. Add it back anytime from the library.

Moving and resizing

Drag a widget by its header to move it. Drag from the corner or bottom edge to resize it. Every widget has a minimum size so it stays readable, and you'll feel it stop shrinking once it hits that floor.

Changes save automatically as you go, so you don't need to remember to hit a save button after every small adjustment.

Saving and resetting your layout

Your layout is kept in two places: locally in your browser (instant, so it feels responsive), and on your account, so it follows you if you log in from another device or browser. Use the explicit Save Layout button when you want to make sure your current arrangement is the one that loads everywhere.

If you want to start over, Reset puts you back to the default seven-widget layout described above.

A note on multiple accounts

If more than one person uses TokenFront on the same shared computer, layouts don't bleed between accounts. Each login gets its own saved arrangement — this holds even for teammates in the same organization (see Team members): you all see the same underlying data, but each person's widget layout is their own.
